Scope of Work:

At Meridian Tower, our inspection focused on:

1. Internal Structural Fire Protection Inspection:

• Examined fire-rated elements of the internal structure, ensuring their condition and installation aligned with regulatory standards.

• Assessed the performance of passive fire protection systems designed to contain fire and smoke within designated compartments.

2. Compartmentation Survey:

• Investigated the integrity of compartmentation throughout the building, checking for breaches or deficiencies that could compromise fire resistance.

• Assessed fire-stopping measures around service penetrations, wall and floor junctions, and other critical points.

Objectives:

The primary goals of this project
were to:

• Evaluate the existing fire protection systems.

• Ensure the compartmentation strategy is adhered to compliance standards.

• Identify any areas requiring remedial action to maintain fire safety.
